During each adventure, there are several kinds of rewards. I’ll explain them below and who gets what.
Many AL adventures reward characters with one or more magic items. There are two types of magic items: permanent and consumable. When the item first appears in the adventure, there’s only one copy of it and one person can use it.
At the end of the adventure, any magic items that were not lost/broken/consumed/etc. are given to all characters. So every character gets their own copy of that Cloak of Protection or Potion of Greater Healing.
The exception to this rule is when an adventure provides “one for each character”. In this case, each character only receives one copy.
Your party may find gold, precious items such as gems, etc. During your adventure, your party has a “treasure pool”.
Any gold found/given in the adventure that is not spent is added to the treasure pool.
Any “treasure” items such as gems, etc. are added to the treasure pool at their PHB/DMG gold value.
This will be DM dependent. Some DMs may allow your characters to loot monsters for their weapons or armor. If permitted by your DM, one character may keep each of the looted items. The remainder are added to the treasure pool at half (50%) of the PHB selling price.
At the end of the adventure, the entire treasure pool is split evenly between all characters that survived the adventure.
Your party may find a wizard’s spellbook during your adventure. At the end of the adventure, one character (usually a wizard) can claim the book.

Your adventure may find a magical spellbook like an Enduring Spellbook or Tome of the Stilled Tongue. Those are magic items (see above) and are not part of this category.

Spellbooks are only useful to wizards.
